Melanie joined Newcoast in 2016, bringing over 15 years of marine financing expertise. As a veteran industry professional, she has originated more than $1 billion in yacht loans throughout her career.

Active in philanthropy across Washington, D.C. and the Fort Lauderdale area, Melanie has served on committees for two Presidential Inaugurations and regularly supports AIDS awareness fundraising. For twelve years, she contributed to the Miami Dolphins Foundation Fishing Tournament, which raises over $750,000 annually for South Florida charitable organizations.

As a presenter for the Florida Yacht Broker Association, Melanie has educated industry professionals on marine lending developments. She supports the American Cancer Society, honoring family members including her father, whose love of boating inspired her career path.

Melanie resides waterfront in Fort Lauderdale with her husband, daughter, and two dogs, enjoying the boating lifestyle that shaped her professional journey.
