We guarantee you will be satisfied with your Current Yacht membership. If you're not, just let us know within 90 days, and you will receive a full refund.

It's simple. For the first 90 days we guarantee you a full, "no hassle" refund of your Current Yachts Membership. If you don't feel we are delivering on our promise of unique insights, access to a genuine community and the expertise of a top-notch yacht brokerage team, generally elevating your experience in preparing to sell or buy a yacht, we will gladly refund you.
Investing in a Current Yacht membership is one of the best gifts to yourself or a fellow boater. Our membership fee provides members like you with access to premium contents, exclusive member privileges, and invaluable networking opportunities within our community.

Current Yacht Listing Services
Current Yachts listing services are provided to yacht sellers on a no-refund basis. Once listing services are paid, our team will prepare the promotion of your vessel through our platform and third-party listing sites. All payments are final and non-refundable.
Our listing services involve immediate allocation of resources, including:
Maintaining an active subscription to third-party sites like YachtR and YachtWorld
Creating a comprehensive vessel listing and collecting maintenance records and equipment documents to build the equipment list of your yacht
Coordinating and scheduling professional photography along with the travel arrangements of your dedicated yacht brokers when necessary
Publishing your listing across multiple marketing channels
On-going consulting of your dedicated broker
Initiating marketing campaigns across our website and social media platforms to actively promote your listing
These services begin immediately upon payment, representing committed resources and expertise that cannot be recovered or resold.
Payment Terms
All listing fees are due in full upon receipt of your Current Yachts invoice.
Your listing and promotion expense is due at the time your listing agreement is executed.
Your media expenses are due at the time we book the travel arrangements for your broker and third party photographer, typically 2 to 4 weeks before the photo/video shoot.
While we cannot offer refunds for our listing services, we are committed to your satisfaction and success. If you need to modify your listing or have concerns about our services, please contact your dedicated broker to discuss available options within the scope of your existing agreement.
