About
Jason Fox and his team offer licensed captain and delivery services across coastal and offshore passages. Services include vessel deliveries, private and relief captain engagements, sea trial support, and on-water coaching for owners looking to build competency and confidence underway on both power-driven vessels and sailing yachts.
He approaches each engagement with thorough passage planning, vessel readiness review, and sound seamanship judgment. Jason works alongside surveyors and technical teams during sea trials and post-refit shake-downs, and integrates smoothly with existing crews when brought in as relief captain or mate.
Coaching and evaluations are conducted aboard the client's vessel or his own, tailored to the individual's goals and skill level. Maritime consulting services are also available for voyage planning, risk assessment, and operational decision support.

Great captain, terrific local knowledge on the Bay
Jason and his team are our go-to for sailing instructions and confidence building for all boaters. Can't recommend enough! I have personally sailed offshore with some of their crew members including Hannah and Jordan, terrific sailors, 100% committed to safety and love to teach and empower other sailors.
