Captain Chris Yacht Services

Chris and his wife Alyse offer professional trawler training and hands-on instruction designed to build cruising confidence for new and experienced boat owners. As USCG-licensed 100 Ton Masters, they bring extensive real-world cruising and commercial marine experience. Together, they provide captain services for yacht deliveries and can also crew alongside new owners, helping them become comfortable with vessel operations.

After safely delivering a vessel, Chris and Alyse offer personalized onboard training covering navigation, operation, and essential maintenance. Their instruction includes key systems such as engines, generators, fuel and oil filtration, freshwater and waste systems, steering, propulsion controls, air conditioning, and onboard electrical and electronic systems.

They also assist owners in developing preventive maintenance programs to ensure long-term vessel reliability. Their training emphasizes practical, hands-on learning, including guidance on spare parts, onboard supplies, and basic underway repairs.
